David Tameron

David Tameron is the Chief Financial Officer at BKV Corporation. He brings over two decades of Wall Street and energy industry experience, with deep expertise in investor relations, capital markets, and strategic finance. Prior to becoming CFO, David was a key member of BKV’s finance leadership team, where he played an important role in the company’s growth and its journey to IPO.

Before joining BKV, David spent 25 years in Wall Street leadership roles, including two decades as a leading Sell-Side Analyst covering the exploration and production (E&P) sector, as well as experience in Corporate Banking. Earlier in his career, he held roles at ExxonMobil and in private M&A.

David holds a BS in Finance, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University, and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of all the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer.
