At the beginning of our emissions-reduction journey, we set a baseline for BKV-operated upstream and midstream GHG emissions.

We established a new projected GHG baseline on 7/1/22 due to the acquisition of Exxon Barnett upstream and midstream assets.

Through the implementation of our Pad of the Future program, we achieved a reduction of 23% in GHG emissions.

Due to our continued commitment to the Pad of the Future and other emissions-reduction programs, overall GHG emissions were reduced by over 38% from our restated baseline in 2021.
