The Digital Account Director will ensure BKV's digital solutions serve our clients’ goals efficiently and generate positive results. The Digital Account Director is a crucial point of integration across technology, strategy, creative and account service.
• Stay current with new trends and platforms, ensuring that our clients’ brands are living or heading where the audience will eventually be
• Consults with Department Heads on the overall agency manpower on assigned accounts
• Acts as integral part of the pitch team with the ability to present to current clients as well as identifying and generating new business through sourcing and prospecting
• Possesses strong direct marketing knowledge and continues to advance his/her knowledge
• Stays in-tune with the client’s business and customer so that marketing and advertising problems and opportunities may be anticipated
• Ensures that new strategic projects are being developed within the agency
• Collaborates with client/s as a senior strategist on his/her accounts
• Actively involved with developing new business
• Ability to cultivate internal partnerships across all departments within the agency
Requirements
• College Degree
• 8+ years Marketing experience, Direct Marketing and Client side experience are especially valuable
• 4+ years agency experience required
• Strong Initiative/Entrepreneurial skills
• Excellent writing and strong/persuasive presentation skills
• Leadership qualities within the agency
