On July 26th 2012, BKV hosted its first webinar on Scientific Attribution and digital ROI measurement. Chief Digital Officer Raphael Rivilla and Analytics VP Dave Mundo explained key differences between current attribution methods and more advanced Scientific Attribution. They also provided a framework for implementation and demonstrated the effectiveness of Scientific Attribution with a case study from one of BKV’s major clients.
A poll conducted during the webinar revealed that 44% of attendees use First or Last click attribution, with only 12% using a scientific or algorithmic method, highlighting the opportunity for marketers to outperform their competition by adopting advanced attribution methods in order to attain more accurate ROI measurements.
Webinar attendees also had the opportunity to have their questions answered by BKV’s digital media experts. Social media performance measurement was understandably on many attendees’ minds, as well as the specifics of capturing essential data for Scientific Attribution.
